Setups and Mounting Options

Steps to Rubber Stamp Manufacturing

Step 2) Image Layout for Master Plates

Email Susan a copy of your stamp plate layout and she will make sure you have the proper margins and spacing in between images.  After payment is received for your master plate(s), a final proof is e-mailed to you so you can approve it for production.  It can be printed out at actual size or we'll mail your a printed copy.  Susan is available to help with your layouts, flat rate graphics editing charges may apply.

Step 3) Magnesium Master Plates - Click for Price List.pdf

We produce the finest deeply etched magnesium plates on the market.  Our process allows us to capture more detail that results in the sharpest rubber stamp images.  Your magnesium master plate is a one time set-up charge and is kept here on file to produce your stamps.  The matrix (mold) made from your master plate is no extra charge when your initial order is 10 or more sheets.  Choose each master plate size to fit how you would like to order your single stamp(s) and/or collection(s) or have Susan quote custom sizes.  

Note:  Matrix charges only apply if your initial order is less than 10 rubber sheets. There are no matrix fees or other set-up charges when re-ordering your rubber stamp sheets.  $25.00 - Matrix Charge per master plate

Step 4) Vulcanized Red Rubber Stamps &  Sheets 

Deeply etched stamps vulcanized with natural rubber are produced from your master plates.  Your customers will appreciate the quality.  Combine orders from different collections on file to increase your volume discount.

Step 5) Mounting Cushion   (optional)    

Both our standard and cling mounting cushion is 1/8" thick and available for all single stamp and rubber sheet sizes. Note: The prices show in the Rubber Stamp Manufacturing Price Lists.pdf includes having your rubber sheets pre-mounted with your choice of cushion.  Bulk cushion not pre-mounted is only available in large rolls.

We also offer cut out services.  Have each stamp design scroll cut or die cut to produce professionally trimmed stamps saving you a lot of time and labor.  The cut-out prices are shown in the price lists.  Please let us know if you need assistance or would like a quote.

Milled by Amish craftsmen, our maple is 3/4" thick by 18" long unfinished strips with hourglass shaped finger grooves in the top and bottom edges.  Cut them to size and mount your stamps.  Complete mounted stamps are available by quote, 25 minimum per design.
